Asset and Tool Tracking
Machines, tools, and assets are equipped with a BLE tag (such as the Slim Asset BLE Tag). Permanently installed BLE PoE gateways capture the real-time position of each tagged object and transmit the data directly to the system. This ensures that every asset within the factory or warehouse can be precisely located at any time.
This allows for transparent control of internal goods flows, eliminates search times, and sustainably increases efficiency throughout the entire warehouse.

Employee Tracking and Process Optimization
Employees wear the Badge-Holder BLE Tag, which continuously sends signals to the permanently installed BLE PoE gateways. The gateways capture in real-time who is in which zone and provide detailed movement data along the production line. Work paths, dwell times, and zone utilization are automatically analyzed, helping to optimize processes efficiently. In case of unauthorized access or entry into restricted areas, the system immediately triggers an alarm.
This allows for more efficient work paths, data-driven optimization of production processes, and a reliable increase in operational safety simultaneously.
SOLUTION
RTLS-based Transport Route Optimization
All transport movements within the facility are seamlessly recorded using a Real-Time Location System consisting of BLE tags, BLE beacons, and permanently installed BLE gateways. The RTLS continuously provides position data, making transport routes, dwell times, and zone passages visible in real time. Bottlenecks and unnecessary routes are automatically detected and can be specifically addressed.
This allows for data-driven optimization of intralogistic transport routes, shorter throughput times, and a measurable increase in intralogistics efficiency.
